Media Mention: Marketing to Boomers

This is an older one. published an article on how to market to baby boomers and asked my advice. I told them to focus on the simple stuff. Here was the quote they used:

The internet is great for a lot of things (including keeping costs down), but it’s almost always worth it to make it easy for someone to pick up the phone and call you to help complete a transaction.”
